The successful activity of companies is being slowed down by a once
forgotten issue - the lack of qualified specialists.
Even in contemporary management, unfortunately, there are two responses
to the issue: reactive and active.
Reactive approach to the problem shows that the company is not able to
control the situation, ignores the deep processes of activity and does not pay
attention to international experience. Simply put, the company tries to resolve
the problem at the moment of its appearance. The by-products of a sudden and
unplanned selection of an employee are gaps in company's activities, unmet
expectations and sunk costs.
Companies using the active approach can be
characterized by having a clear vision, clear ambition and the ability to adapt
to constantly changing conditions. The result of predetermined strategy and
decisions made in time is a team that improves together with the company and
creates surplus value as well as assured growing specialists' interest in the company's
activities.
Will you pursue time or advance together with it
depends only on you!
If your company's plans include presenting the company
