Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) Ingenium 2011 is a cooperation event/contest for companies and most promising KTU students, to be held on March 16, 2011, after KTU Career Days 2011 Fair. KTU Ingenium goals are set by focusing on the needs of students and company representatives. Students participating in the event are enabled to develop useful contacts, present their abilities and knowledge, and, most importantly, to be evaluated by the company representatives. Company representatives, in turn, are allowed to acquaint with most ingenious KTU students and find potential future employees and specialists.

KTU Ingenium is a groupwork-type event. The groups consist of company representatives and students rotating between different tasks. Given tasks allow the company representatives to observe each student and give individual evaluation. Finally they announce three winners - the most gifted and talented contestants. At the end of the event, company representatives can receive each student's curriculum vitae.

KTU Ingenium 2011 aim is to link science and business, as well as to enable students and employers to communicate in less formal environment, and discuss future career and internship issues.
